Booking & Payment A 20% retainer is required to reserve your session. The remaining balance is due before images are delivered. You’ll receive an invoice prior to your session date.

Rescheduling & Cancellation If you need to reschedule and notify me at least 10 days in advance, your retainer can be moved to one new date. Rescheduling within 10 days requires a new retainer. If the client cancels, the retainer is non‑refundable. If I must cancel due to emergency or illness, your retainer will be refunded or transferred to a new date.

Session Experience Sessions typically last 60–90 minutes. Please arrive on time. Outfit changes are welcome within our scheduled time.

Image Delivery Final edited images are delivered within 2–3 weeks through a private online gallery. Prints included in your package arrive in a similar timeframe. Rush delivery is available for an additional fee. RAW files are not released.

Usage Rights You’re welcome to use your images for personal printing, sharing, and social media. Commercial use requires written permission and a licensing agreement.

Model Release I may share select images in my portfolio or social media. If you prefer privacy, just let me know before your session.

Liability I bring professionalism, care, and artistry to every session. In rare cases of equipment failure or unforeseen issues, I’ll offer a reschedule or full refund.
