Thank you for choosing me to capture your story. These terms are designed to ensure clarity, respect, and a smooth experience for us both.

1. Booking & Payment

• To secure your photography session, a deposit is required at the time of booking. This deposit confirms your appointment and allows us to prepare for your session with care and intention. 
• Session photos will not be available until full payment has been received. Client will be sent an invoice prior to the session date. 

2. Rescheduling & Cancellation

• Life happens. If you need to reschedule, please let me know at least 48 hours in advance.
• Cancellations within 48 hours of the session will result in forfeiting your deposit, but I’ll always do my best to accommodate genuine emergencies with grace.

3. Session Experience

• Sessions typically run 60–90 minutes, allowing space for connection and creativity.
• Please arrive on time so we can make the most of your session.
• Outfit changes are welcome and encouraged—just plan them within our time together.

4. Image Delivery

• Your final, hand-edited images will be delivered within 2–3 weeks via a private online gallery. Package prints will be delivered in about the same time frame to your address. 
• Rush delivery is available upon request for an additional fee.
• I do not release RAW files, as the final edits are part of the artistic process.

5. Usage & Copyright

• Please note that all images provided are protected under copyright law and remain the intellectual property of Jim Noble Photography, LLC.  As our client, you are granted permission to use your images for personal and social purposes—such as sharing on social media, personal websites, or printing for private use.
• Commercial use of these images—including but not limited to advertising, marketing, resale, or publication—is strictly prohibited without prior written consent. If you wish to use your images for commercial purposes, please contact us to discuss licensing options.
• By using our services, you agree to these terms. We appreciate your understanding and look forward to continuing to create meaningful work together.

6. Model Release

• I may showcase select images in my portfolio, website, or social media to inspire future clients.
• If you prefer to keep your images private, just let me know in writing before your session—your comfort comes first.

7. Liability & Guarantee

• I promise to bring my full attention, care, and artistry to your session.
• In rare cases of equipment failure or unforeseen circumstances, I’ll offer a reschedule or full refund.
