NOTE: We provide photography services under contract only
Contract Clause — 20% Retainer Requirement
Retainer Requirement: Upon signing the contract for their session, the Client acknowledges that they shall remit a non‑refundable retainer equal to twenty percent (20%) of the total session fee. This retainer is required to secure the session date and time. No booking is considered confirmed until the retainer has been received. The remaining balance is due as outlined in this agreement.
It compensates Jim Noble Photography for turning away other clients, preparing for the session, and holding the date.
Simple Explanation for Clients
Your retainer stays attached to your booking.
If you reschedule with enough notice, it moves to the new date.
If you reschedule last‑minute, the retainer is forfeited because the date can’t be rebooked.
If I have to reschedule, your retainer moves with you automatically.

Additional edited images — $25–$40 each

Enhanced retouching — $20 per image consists of the following:
“Standard retouching covers skin, color, and basic cleanup. If you’d like background changes, object removal, or more detailed Photoshop work, that falls under enhanced retouching.”
